I was thinking it might not be a bad Idea to make a side brace for the landing gear ,even if it had one brace from the side of the strut housing where the rear brace mounts to the root of the wing where it joins the plane .Like a 1/4" carbon rod . we have quite a short field and on a calm day we sometimes have to make a sharp turn at the end of the runway to prevent going into the pickies
