Nick your cg is ok. Mine is 5 mil further back but yours should be ok for maiden. I had the same issue with my nose leg. If you try to fly it like that TO will be ok as the weight is at the rear but it will collapse on landing. With the Mig 29 there is a massive amount of weight on the nose leg as it’s very far back. Is your strut compressing or is the leg actually retracting on its own?
i pulled my strut apart and added some tygon inside the spring to stiffen it up. If the leg itself is starting to fold back I’m guessing you must only have one ram on the nose gear. Mine would not work with just the one ram. I needed the upper and lower rams to have enough holding and retraction power, as did Graig.
Dont fly it if it’s borderline mate.

PS You weight is on the heavy side of ok. Mine is 24.5kg dry with all the options.
