Thank you for the input Tassos, its appreciated. I am planning to use a Cortex, but only for damping. Are you using your gyro for heading also?
I'm using PB ROYAL with iGyro which is heading hold mode around the stick center and switches to rate mode towards the end. Took me a while to fine tune but it's done now. Rock solid with high A angle of attack on approach.
