Cancer is gone. Side effects of the treatments are what's hammering me now. Radiation fried nerves in my back and took away use of my legs. 4 years later I can walk with a cane and leg braces having recovered far more than the doctors expected. Surgery, chemo, whatever really messed up my bathroom habits. Up to 2 dozen trips a day and not to urinate. Blocked and perforated intestines resulting in emergency hospital stay. Been a rough road. But I'm still kicking.
