Thanks to the city and citizens of Lebanon, The Lebanon Tourist and Convention Commission, and the Lebanon Springfield Airport for their support of Jets Over Kentucky Week.
Jets Over Kentucky Week will offer even more excitement for 2019. Jets Over Kentucky drew 144 pilots and 10,000 spectators last year. We're expecting another large crowd, and pilots from all over the world to attend for 2019.
Flying will begin each day at 8:00am and conclude at dark. All flying will be done from the main runway (5000 ft).
Jet Central our 2018 Platinum Plus Sponsor, will again become a major sponsor. With their participation, we again have the title of "The World's Grandest Jet Event!" We encourage all sponsors to join us for 2019. Sponsorship notifications go out early February. Choose your level, and join us!
Our "Big Top Tents" are an amazing 240ft, 240ft, and 280ft (Grass area/Parallel to the runway), and taxiway tents are filled pending registration. That's a total of 48/10X40 slots and 28/10X40 slots respectively! Note...pilots from 2018 have first choice for taxiway tents. If you had a space there last year, It's yours again for 2019 pending registration. All registration fees are 75.00 dollars.
Links for taxiway rental tents, and grass area rental tents are available now, just click on the link, download the form, and mail it to Lewis Patton with your fees (300.00 taxiway- and 200.00 grass area). You will not be able to access tent rental links from RC Flightdeck.
Tent Rental Forms are on jetsoverkentucky.com, RC Universe, and our Jets Over Kentucky Facebook page ONLY. Mail all forms to Lewis Patton; if someone pays for a space they should not have, I can refund it back to them. Hopefully there will be no tent assignment problems for 2019.
Failure to send in the form, will result in the loss of your space in the taxiway tent and grass area tents. Pilots with rental and free space (courtesy of Jet Central and Lebanon Tourism), must register by June 1st to keep their spaces in all Big Top Tents. Our Big Top Tents have separate links for pilots renting space; please make sure to download the correct form.

Transport vehicles and trailers will be located at the #3 tent for transporting aircraft to the flight line. We have plenty of space for all, so those new to the event shouldn't worry.
Pop up tents are also welcome, and will be placed in the grass area. No popup tents will be allowed on the taxiway.
Note...
We'll have additional pilot space in the #3 Big Top Tent located in the grass area west of the taxiway. Pilots with free space will not have the entire slot to themselves. Depending on the number of aircraft, two or three pilots will share these accommodations. Pilots in all rental slots may choose to divide their slots with friends, or remain private.
