The one would expect that someone with 40 years of experience, Quote- (i have enough experience, around 40 years of flying also sorts of RC planes including pattern, Turbine jets, Giant aerobatics... you name it). especially flying "Pattern-ships", the foundementaly base model, would know how to set up a generic foamy trainer like "Stinger 90", just by looking at it, not to mention with help of 3 other members flying the same thing.
