Thank you, now that you point that out, perhaps that is why it looks different or strange to me
The wings look like where you would expect to see a canalyzer on a monopolane

Again, based on the WC results, it obviously does fly well ! Just strange that it is so different from most other F3A biplane designs I've seen.
