Without seeing all of your screens it is hard to tell what is wrong.
I had this happen once and the only way I could fix it was to start over.
I always do a reset the model first before I start a new one.
I used aileron to aux 2 and elevator to aux 4. My trims worked properly then.
You might give this a try.
