Oh yeah I see the castle nut on that axle, pretty cool, but I got the Robart gear to work perfectly for this plane. Had I not fixed it though I would have suggested Sierra gear to my friend. It really annoys me that I had to fix brand new gear. I never touched the gear in my Corsair or P-51 or several others, they just worked.

I agree on the speed range it’s pretty broad and the stall is so mellow I’d say this one makes for a very good candidate as a first big warbird for someone with tail dragger experience.

Maybe more will post soon towards the end of this season. Hope so, I’d like to see a scale mod project on this one.
