Default Futaba vs Hitec

For years I didn't even know there was anythng but Kraft. Then came Futaba, then came Hitec. I am a sport flyer who has been in this hobby since '34 and serious RC after the Galloping Ghost was replaced. Personally
I think one can get too attached to one particular type of anything in the hobby. There are several manufacturers of exceptionlly fine RC gear just as there are many kit and ARF makers. Different types of covering
different engine makers, 4 stroke as opposed to 2 stroke. Things are constantly chainging. Try any maker's products until you find what suits you best. Questions to other pilots at the field might help. As for me I have both Futaba and Hitec on my shelves. Computer TX's and even some old AMs that still work well.
