What happened to customer service?
I always got my stuff from Tower because they were cheaper than my LHS but Tower started messing up orders and responding very slowly to emails here lately. So I started paying more at the LHS and they suck as well. Rude people there and not much for parts in stock. I'm fedup with these people not caring about getting things right and being way too slow.
