RE: Laser 200's wonder why?
I don’t think Lasers are going away, Pacific Aero just came out with a 72" version, Kangke's Laser was and is the rage, Lanier's are still being built and shipped. I remember the old EZ giant Laser was all the rage at one time two friends of mine could not get enough of them, powered them with OS 240, Saito 270's, OS Pegasus, and Sachs Dolmar 3.2 I think the plane would sell good if it came back today. I think everybody has owned or flown a Laser at one time or another in their career.
There will always be a strong Laser contingent in our sport. Just like there will be a strong Extra crowd, a P-51 warbird following as well as a Pitts bi-plane crowd. These planes never seem to go away they just come back stronger and better.
