When you find out how much it's going to cost, especially if you go with lithium cells, you'll probably think the G45s are cheap. Even not knowing anything about the plane, I'd estimate the power system to be in the $3000 range, especially since you want both the performance AND the duration of gas power.
I'm sure Tom Cimato of MaxCim could hook you up with the motors. He's the grand poobah of giant brushless electric motors. Aveox has a couple of big new motors as well from the looks of their website.
