OK, first you need to heat your head up to about sixty or so. This is what I have discovered the NT-16 engine starts at. You can cup your hands around the head and blow on it to heat it up. No, the glow plug will not go bad by just being flooded. The reason its not starting is because it is to rich, lean it out a little bit to start it, then richen it back up a little bit. Listen to how its running and you will start to hear when it is getting to rich. It will start to sound kinda quite and hesitant. And once, you get it broken in and tuned, it will start right up ninty percent of the time. That other ten percent is because something is not tuned right. Let me know if you need more help.
