Argh!!! You are a little mis-informed. The SS has the Heavy Duty bones, the adjustable upper suspension arms, the tuned pipe, the spring pipe mount, and a pull starter.
The 25 RTR has the roto start, the new primerless fuel tank, 3 shoe clutch, and the updated wheel hexes.

The only differences are, SS is a kit, it comes with no radio and It has a different pipe. I would buy the savage 25 if you don't want to be building for a while.
