If the end of your plug is black, like a burnt black, then its probably a little lean. However, it may not be anything at all. Plugs need to be replaced every so often. How are the temps? How long did that plug last?

I tried starting my truck today and no luck. So I removed the glow plug and the end of the plug was black. The plug was also dead. Does anyone know what this means? Too Lean? Thanks.
