The function is automatically active on the flap switch when you activate flaperon. What you can do is put the flap switch in the position that the ailerons move as flaps, and zero the travel adjust value in that switch position. Then leave the travel adjust value in the other switch position. If you want to reverse the direction of the switch, swap channels that the servos are plugged into the receiver and reset the travel adjust above accordingly.
