RE: Plugging in an extra battery pack to the R900S receiver?
I don't have any information on that particular receiver, however running 2 packs in parallel should work fine, just plug the 2nd into a spare channel in the receiver. I recommend also adding a voltage regulator between each switch and the receiver to prevent any backfeeding between the 2 battery packs.
