I guess kits can vary, the wood in my kit was excellent, could be a collector's item someday. I advise my friends that if they get bad pieces, just call the company. They don't want you to have to mess with poor quality items...right Bax?? When I first got my kit, the leading edge pieces and the ailerons were broken, I called and got the replacement pieces immediately. That's what customer support is all about.
By the way, the reason I am so loyal to Tower and GP is, if I'm not 100 % satisfied, I can return it for refund or replacement with no hassle.
