John has a point. I use both a 9ZAPS and a 10X. I've had the 9Z since 1993. What I did with that was come up with a standard switch assignment that I use for all models. Granted, it seems a bit limited, but it sort of follows the JR philosophy of always having the same functions on the same switches.
