Have any of you guys seen Monster GT's racing against the SUT? If so, what were the results? It almost seems like a no-brainer that the SUT would beat the MGT, but Richard Saxton won the Monster Truck A-Main in the 5th Annual Dirt Nitro Challenge using a MGT, and he was racing against three SUT's and two Kyosho conversions! Go figure.
There are a couple guy at our track that race them, one guy is a pretty good driver, but my Dominator and my H7 truggy out drive him unless I crash or break. That said he does very well with the MGT.
And BTW the local guy I race against that run MGTs say the tranny gears suck.
If you look at those results, Only 10 trucks competed and half the field broke in that race.
Not to demean Saxton’s effort, a win is a win, but it wasn't the strongest field

Marty has won all the big events he’s run with the SUT except for that one.
The Monster truck class just isn’t as popular out here for some reason
