Not exactly. The battery rating is 7 amp-hours (Ah). I.e., it will provide 7 amps for 1 hour. Or 3.5A for 2 hr. Or 14A for 1/2hr.
The value of the fuse should be based on the max amperage that
your accessories (igniter,starter, pump, chargers) are drawing.
