Have you ever noticed...
1. ...that the people who complained about you hovering over the runway last year have since learned to hover and are hovering over the runway this year?
2. ...that after somebody talks you into an entry level pattern plane, they show up at the intermediate contest with the latest 2x2 sporting the best of everything?
3. ...that the same guy tells you it's all about practice and then complains about his airplane/radio set-up/engine should he lose?
4. ...that your harshest critiques come from the worst flyers?
5. ...that everyone with a nicer airplane is a showoff and everyone with a uglier airplane is a wannabe?
6. ...that the amount of suggestions for new rules one person makes is inversely proportional to the amount of flying they do?
7. ...that every new manuver is unsafe and "needs to be addressed at the next meeting"?
8. ...that the minute your state of the art, mindbendingly complex pattenship is finished it's out of date?
Anybody...I'm running low on one's that make me say "Hmmm"!!!
