with the spoilerons up the plane is forced into a harrier attitude, not much you can even do about it if you wanted to. just a little more back elevator and it will stall out and harrier quite easily. using flaperons (ailerons down) the natural attitude of the plane will be very level, might even be a little nose down. flaperons also tend to induce some pretty nasty tip stalls on most planes, not what you want for harriers!
