GUYS

I had to go to Orlando this am to take a test for my job. The toughest test I have ever taken. Good news is that I passed. I hope I get a raise. To celebrate, I went to Graves RC and bought a Endoplasma motor for my project. They matched the $19.99 TH price. I also picked up a 12T pinion. They did not have any 10T's. Got home in time to change out the GB and get in a test flight an hour ago. A slight breeze was coming from the up hill side of the runway and the take off roll was 50 feet or more. The grass strip is very wet. Eight cell climbout with 12x8 prop was okay but not as good as I had hoped. Flew for about 5 minutes then came in for a splash down, I mean landing. Motor was not that hot and no cut out problems. I want to try a 14x7 prop on the weekend when my son is here. I'll post more pics then.
