Yep, its an APC.
This engine developes it maximum h.p. between 13,000 and 13,500 RPM.
After you have it broken in, use the prop that puts you in that area. The 10x7 normally does, the 10x8 is a little big despite O.S. recommendations of using larger props on this engine.
