Default RE: Buddy Link Between Futaba and JR

Hi,

Quick answer : technically, yes no problem. But practically with the programmable transmitters you want to use : not really, because of the difference in channel assignment of both brands. This problem can be solved with an electronic device with a programmable chip. Check my website chapter 1, paragraph 1.6 for details and links.
In your case much simpeler to buy a simple 4-channel Futaba buddy box without RF and battery pack for 35 USD and use all mixings of the 9C with the programming of buddy box set to "function". Any plane or heli can then be flown by a simple 4-channel slave transmitter.
