What battery and prop are you planning on using? How did you come to decide on that particular motor?
The best output from that motor is about 250 Watts on a 10-cell battery with a 9.5x5 prop. That'll give you about 50 Watts per pound per your earlier specs. Should be okay for a old timer, but you might be left wanting more power.
