RE: I did it! the lightest 56cc engine around
I am getting ready to scratch build a high wing slow flyer, styled after an ultralite.
I'm looking for an engine for this project then I'll build the plane to fit the engine.
I am hopeing for at least a 12 foot wing spand and would like to run a gear reduction system to turn a big prop.
I am following a couple of auctions on **** for the 100cc Yamaha Kart engines. Does anyone have experence with one of these babys? They seem to have everything going for them.
I am very impressed with the knowldge and perserverence of this group.
And I have just purchased a used Echo back pack blower.
