I agree with all. Yes, what you said is correct except you don't really need to tap the holes for the steel ball screws. Since it's plastic, you can drill the hole slightly undersized then put a touch of slow CA on the screw and screw it in. Swashplates are still readily available, even Tower Hobbies has them. There is an all metal swashplate for around $90, but I never found any benefit of using it. The other swashplate I think is around $40. Changing the A arms is a good thing to do, especially since you have it down that far to change the swashplate. Steve is the Concept Guru...I've read all his stuff, but I Never was into replacing those dang plastic balls. I just bought the new part.
