I would suggest that you contact the park rangers supervisors. If you have been there for a long time with no problems why a change now? It would be a lot easier to stay where you are at and a little fight never hurt, what do you have to loose?
Most public officials have their own agendas most for the good of the public and a few go off in their own direction. Parks depend on public usage to stay in business and if you show how many hours are spent at the field they might reconsider.......
