The District V Vice President has requested additional district funding ($2,000) to assist her for the remainder of 2004; when she inherited the position, the funds were nearly depleted.
So what did she do for District 5? As far as I could tell, she campaigned for (re-)election, made a clueless proposed motion and missed the one and only meeting in Muncie. The webspot was revamped, but the change was from self-promotional for Jim to self-promotional for Judi. IMO, did _zip_ for the District.
But whatever. DB is going to do what DB wants to do. But it's our money, and I have a problem.
