Li ion / li poly are the same batteries. Li-ion is just what they usually call metal packed cells (coin cells) Li-poly's are different because the materials that make up the cell are polymerized, IE plastic, no metal casing (though they are packed in foil). so they can be formed into any shape or charactoristic just by molding it differently. The 14mz is obviously; Because of it's size and shape a li-poly pack.
