Quick update:
The cage arrived today and snapped right together. The bulkheads were no big deal.
But the side mount for the cage crowds my pipe, I may end up laying a grommet in a few positions to stave off any vibrations and erosion.
But what did suck, my new 3 piece skid plate wouldn't adapt to my stock bumpers. Looks like I get to buy a new set of those now. THAT'S HOW THEY GET YOU!!!!
