Gonna take...
A right stout .46 to pull a 9X10, 9X11, or 10X12 (if you could even find one) with enough RPM to get off the ground IMHO.
Theoretically, the more pitch you turn, the faster you go. In practice, the HP limitations of the engine (and availability of props) will limit what you can do.
Also, while the Patriot looks fast, its airframe will have enough drag to limit the speed you could attain.
I think a 9X8 or 9X9 on a .46 powered Patriot will give you about the best mix of speed and enough thrust to actually get off the ground.
