Thanks, I guess I am wondering if it was just thier age or I pushed them too hard with the 10amps. I wouldn't think so, but I am not sure. I knew there was a problem when they got that hot. They are usually only warm.
Maybe I should try a 2S lipo instead of the 3 cell. Would be a bit lighter and the amps would not be a problem. I know it would be slower, but as long as I can get her up to thermal height.
The 1100's are cheap enough, I just wouldn't want to fry some new ones right off the bat.
