Default RE: JT Racing MT2

Well first hand I can say the stock shock towers are alot stronger than the JT towers.

It wasn't that bad of a landing. The one time I actually jumped my MT2 (I rarely take it off of anything higher than 2 feet) I come down with the nose a little high on pavement and when the shocks bottomed out, the tower snapped off right above the diff case. I don't know if it is a faulty part or not I have not been to rough with the chassis since I installed it so I would like to think that it is faulty.

If you do jump with this chassis I suggest setting the suspension up so that the truck does bottom out because apparently the shock towers can't take that much force.

The chassis can also be ordered from ehobbies. Even if you don't use the shock towers the chassis is a worthwhile upgrade, much stronger than stock.

Thanks for the info I will e-mail and post the findings.

Thanks
