That number sounds real low but I do know it takes many gallons of fuel to break in the moki. Give it time and try different manufactures of props until you find what works for you. Also I believe Moki recommends 20% oil. Maybe this is also an issue. All I know is that you have one bear of an engine. Hang tight.
