Hi Everyone!
My Buddy has an Ellipse Sailplane which is a Composite sailplane.
During the Hurricane Rita, the plane got in some water. Well it soaked into the wing, and now
it is basically soft like a sponge when you squeeze on wing. He tryed to set out in sun to dry it,
but it did not help. He tried drying with a hairdryer, but that did not work.
it apparantly soaked in the foam on the inside of the wing and now you can not harden it again.
We are scared that if flown the plane will fall apart.
can anybody suggest anything that he can do.
