GWS R6NII receiver problems?

Hi, I'm having problems with GWS R6NII receivers. I'm using JR 6102 Tx. I have two 6102 Tx, one one ch 60 and the other on ch 52. With both channels the R6NII doesn't seem to have any range, maybe 25-50 feet. If I replace the R6NII with a Hitec dual conversion Rx everything works great. I know single conversion doesn't have the range of dual conversion but I would think it would be more then 50 ft.

Any input anybody can give will be greatly appreciated.
