RE: do you use just thumbs
I've been flying RC for 35 years and have always used my thumb & forefinger. With the solid control of the thumb & forefinger on the sticks there is no chance of the stick doing what it wants to do.........better control of your airplane, more precise inputs, smoother flying. Watch the radio on your better flyers and 10 to one there using thumb & forefinger. And that's my two cents.

Ok guys I apologize for the expression I used, "10 to 1", it only means the majority use thumb & forefinger.
