Default f-18 needs speed

Hey everyone

Im currently building a composite f-18 from a balsa one. Got it for free .There are a few problems with it so thats why im making a composit out of the old bird. Plans call for a os .60 pusher. WELL THATS NOT GOOD ENOUGH. I have a slight need for speed. I was thinking a ducted fan. Thing is i have been out of the hobby for a few yrs and this is getting me back into it. Id like to break atleast 150 mph with this plane.

So does anyone have any thoughts on a ducted fan/motor/muffler combo that would work me up to atleast 150 mph. Also would a prop pusher work better then a ducted fan? Im open to any suggestions on this.

Here are the specs
wing span-- 55 inches
nose to tail-- 56 inches
planed weight after layup 10 lbs

thanks jim
