RE: Seagull PC-9 with YS.63 how fast?

A thought I just had concerning the tank, are you all using a two tube tank, this is what could be causing the syphoning that has been experienced, its normall over here to use a three tube tank exhast vent is to the top of the tank, therefore vented to air untill the engine is started, fill and empty to the bottom of the tank and feed from the clunk. I would be interested to know if that is the case?
