What kind of battery you used? Lipo or NIMH battery? You should consider the brushless motor for the No. 36 helicopter ([link=http://www.hobbyjapan2000.com/store/proddetail.php?prod=WK-BRUSHCON]Brushless Motor[/link]). If you use the NIMH battery, try change to lipo battery - 1800mah size or up.
