Get it hotter. Look on this site for the heat cycling method it is far better than the ethod that comes with engines. If nothing else it will help you understand why it needs to be hotter. Also i just got a used ntc3 if anyone is wondering why i am hear, but the guy forgot the tires. Anyway as soon as i get them and get it running expect a question or two from me about the car.
