I just recemtly purchased a 1/12 scale bud, and have been tricking it out to the max.........there are all kinds of mods for this boat, and the .15 dynamite marine engine that it comes with. If you're interested in some of my mods.....get back to me, and I will be glad to contact you. Yes.....the y535, is the prop of choice for improving performance from this boat. I intend to try the m435, but I supercharged my dynamite, for extra horsepower. As far as fuel is concerned, I wouldn't run anything over 30%, and Dynamite recommends replacing the rod after every (2) gallons of fuel...just FYI
