Just an up date to what I posted. I took 2 sheets of 1/32 balsa, drywall tape and glued them together with tape in the center. Misted ligthly with water and Ironed them with a clothes Iron
took about 10 minutes and have a skin you can work with with out cutting into strips and can rewet with windex to bend. Just tried this today and it works!
