RE: Bonding foam? spray glue/CA/epoxy?
3M 78 is designed to bond foam. It works very well. Polyurathane glue works good also (Gorilla glue, Elmer's ultimate glue, Titebond polyurathane). Epoxy tends to be more expensive and troublesom but will work fine. All should give a good strong bond.
