I posted this question in the general discussion but I think this is the place I should have asked my question. This will only be my second electric plane so any advice would be great. There are three planes I'm considering and don't know which one is best. Here are the three planes

Is this your second electric or second plane? what was your first? what transmitter are you using?

It's my second electric. I have been flying for almost 15 years. My radio right now is a JR6102 but I would like to set plane up with 2.4.

Yeah, 2.4 is just easier and the transmitter isn`t brick like a 72 mhz...Your just gonna need something with dual rates and expo for those planes most likely as they will be jumpy without it..I like the Edge from what I read, but that guy never seems to have them in stock so I would wonder about parts...,but I want one myself..I like the 260 the best because its E-flite and you know what your getting...good stuff, but not that cheap..I wanted an edge, but didn`t like the answer I got when they were gonna be in stock so I bought an E-flite SU-29..most likely not as good but already together and looks better I think...J

You cannot go wrong with any 3dhs plane. Plus they have excellent customer service.

3DHS is a dedicated maker of 3D models. Great Planes and E-Flite are mass producers of general model aviation. While they all will fly well, if you want serious 3D, then get into 3Dhobbyshop or one of their competitors (Extreme Flight, Precision Aerobatics, etc.)
