Very nice! Excellent pilot skills. So.....What? Where? and How much?
Best video I've seen yet with actual forward flight with one of these flat foamies.
The 3D and high alpha stuff is great but if it still looks like a kite in forward flight, I don't want it. This video sold me on this type of plane. Bravo!

Does anyone know if that was the 3D power set available for sale with the plane or if it was some other engine in this video?

Mamo are a retailer just like any other.
Hammbone - The motor is called chipsledde, it's a German made outrunner, only available in small quatities and direct from the manufacturer from what I read. The German forums are the best bet. Google does a good job of translating.

If you download the Edge video from the lipoly site(shockedge228.wmv), you can see how the Extra and Edge fly with the 228-05, 3 x 350er KOKAM, 9 x 4.7, MGM 07 set-up they are sold with. The Typhoon 6 motor option is still good, but not quite as efficient, and slightly less vicious on the vertical.
